Kern Council of Governments, in partnership with the Arts Council of Kern, is collaborating to commemorate Kern COG's 40th Anniversary. Artists were requested to combine the chosen theme, "The Bicycle as a Means of Transportation" with Kern Council of Governments’ logo and to interpret them into works of art.
