Air Quality Conformity - PM 2.5 and Carbon Monoxide (adopted by Kern COG February 25, 2006) This document demonstrates that Kern COG's transportation expenditure plans will not hinder the air quality attainment efforts in the region for Particulate Matter 2.5 microns or smaller (PM 2.5) and Carbon Monoxide (CO).

8-hour Conformity Document Adopted April 19, 2005 This document demonstrates that the federally approved Regional Transportation Plan and the Federal Transportation Improvement Program conform to the State Implementation Plan for controlling air pollution sources. This document incorporates the Conformity Document adopted August 19, 2004 by reference.
