Procedures_Used:
The latitude and longitude coordinates and other corridor attribute information
were key entered from AFFTC Instruction 11-1 into a Microsoft Access database.
Latitude and Longitude were then converted to decimal degree format and exported to
ArcInfo UNGENERATE format.  The GENERATE command was used in ArcInfo to create
the corridor description point coverage, which was subsequently converted to
EAFB format projection.  The remaining attributes from the Access database were
then converted to Info format and joined to the Corr_pts coverage PAT.

The EAFB_X and EAFB_Y fields were then exported from ArcInfo and added to
the Microsoft Access Database.  The GENERATE command was used in ArcInfo to create
the corridor boundaries defined in the AFFTC Instruction 11-1.  Additional points
defining the intersections of the corridor boundaries and US Highway 395 were
determined from the corridor boundaries and TIGER derived road-centerline spatial data
produced by GDT and distributed by ESRI.  Attributes from the Tbl_corridors table in
Access were exported to Info format and joined to the coverage feature table.

Once the corridor boundaries were created, corridor attributes were joined to the
feature attribute table.

Reviews_Applied_to_Data:
Once completed, the Microsoft Access Database information was checked against
the hardcopy information in AFFTC Instruction 11-1.  Any errors were identified
and corrected.  Quality assurance procedures were implemented during development
of this dataset to assure that included locational and attribute information are
consistent with the source data.

Related_Spatial_and_Tabular_Data_Sets:
Corr_bnd is related to corr_pts (corridor Description Points), corr_cen (corridor
center lines), corr_under (500 foot buffer of corridor center lines), and corr_near
(2 NM buffer of corr_bnd).
