Radian International vector digital data http://www.edwards.af.mil UnknownRTBND_Area.txt The coverage RTBND contains route boundary polygons of IFR/VFR routes. The route boundaries were constructed from route description points and route width information contained in DOD Flight Information Publication AP/1B: Area Planning Military Training Routes North and South America, 3 December 1998. Route center lines are included for the following IFR/VFR routes: IR-234, IR-235, IR-236, VR-1205, VR-1206, VR-1214, VR-1215, VR-1217, VR-1218, VR21293 The coverage was created as a basemap layer for display of the route boundaries. The latitude and longitude coordinates and other route attribute information were key entered from AP/1B into a Microsoft Access database. Latitude and Longitude were then converted to decimal degree format and exported to Arc/Info UNGENERATE format. The GENERATE command was used in Arc/Info to create the route description point coverage, which was subsequently converted to EAFB format projection.
