  Air Quality Conformity for the 2006 FTIP adopted by Kern COG on July 20, 2006.

This document demonstrates that Kern COG's transportation expenditure plans will not hinder the air quality attainment efforts in the region for Particulate Matter 2.5 microns or smaller (PM 2.5) and Carbon Monoxide (CO).
