  Air Quality Conformity for the 2007 FTIP and the 2007 RTP adopted by Kern COG on May 27, 2007. This document supercedes all previous conformity documents.
  Air Quality Conformity for the 2006 FTIP adopted by Kern COG on July 20, 2006.
  Air Quality Conformity - PM 2.5 and Carbon Monoxide adopted February 25, 2006. This document demonstrates that Kern COG's transportation expenditure plans will not hinder the air quality attainment efforts in the region for Particulate Matter 2.5 microns or smaller (PM 2.5) and Carbon Monoxide (CO).

The Kern region will get $15 million in transportation stimulus funds. What do you think?
That'll get people working again.
None of it's for capital projects. It shouldn't all go for repaving roads.
That's a lot of potholes. Sounds good to me.
It's going to take more than $15 million for roads to get Kern's economy running again
I hope they actually spend it on the roads and not something else.
