RFP Rural Transportation Development Plan Update

Kern Council of Governments (Kern COG) is requesting proposals to prepare five-year transportation development plan updates for the cities of Arvin, California City, McFarland, Ridgecrest, Shafter, Taft, Tehachapi, Wasco, and Kern Transit. The project will also prepare a Kern County Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan update.
